Total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 15ºC. 50% of the wine was fermented in French light toast oak barrels.

Defined citrine colour. Bouquet intense in citrus notes, lime tree, slightly nutty. Fruity flavour, elegant harmonious and flagrant final freshness.

Served well with roasted fish, grilled or roasted white meat, pastas and soft cheeses. Serve at 10ºC.
